Sometimes you might want to show all the data even if there is no data, but the moment you create the report and somehow find that some of the data is missing what can be the reason behind this. Might be the logic is wrong or it is because the data is NULL and is it is automatically not showing up, and then user might misinterpret sometimes and want us to show all the records even if the data is not there. Below is how it is showing which does not show me all records in the view:
As you see above you can see that we are missing few records though they are L2 Manager's. In order to make sure none of the L2managers are missing we need to show those by following the below image:
If you can see this is where you go to select the "Show Empty Rows" option to make sure all the managers are appearing in the column. Once you select the option you can see the report with all the L2managers
As you see there are two names in the screenshot that were missing earlier and are now available once we selected the option to show empty rows. In the same way if you miss the columns because they are empty you can go ahead and select the option "Show Empty Columns".
